08 April 03 Update - In an 07 Apr 03 e-mail to Pat Perry, Mr. Marchand reports the following: Quote "Our '106 is slated for a wash and a cosmetic do over once the guys finish with the paint jobs currently in the restorations hanger. The basic plan is to strip the spraylat off the front of the a/c and leave the tail encased, clean off the residue and spot paint some thin spots and go over stenciling. Finally a coat of clear coat called "aqua-shuretec" will arrest paint oxidization until we can do a full strip and paint on her" Unquote
