El Paso Photo Update

Ted Schmitz and his wife Vi were again invited down to El Paso to view and photograph the progress on the extensive rebuild effort.  As you can see from the previous set of photos, the cradle was finished and the fuselage has been installed in the cradle. Structural and corrosion repair is in work. The Restoration Chief, Mr. George Krug reports that the next step is to install the vertical stabilizer after which they will remove 509's fuselage from the cradle and install the wings.
