Above photos show that the restoration process has not started yet. Hopefully, we'll see some progress in the near future and we wish the Museum well on obtaining the necessary funding to accomplish this task.....Erv 17 Jan 01
18 Mar 03 Update - In an e-mail from Mr. Paul E. Hibbitts, Museum Director, responding to my "request for status" inquiry he states-- "We have it scheduled for restoration in the first quarter of 04".....Erv 19 Mar 03
16 Oct 03 Update - Per an e-mail from Mr. Paul Hibbitts, Museum Director, 59-0123 will be moved to the flightline in December 03 and as soon as a paint scheme is finalized, we'll be informed for posting here on this site.....Erv 16 Oct 03
12 Apr 04 Update - Per an e-mail from Mr. Paul Hibbitts, Museum Director, 59-0123 has had some moving delays but should be on track soon.
30 Jul 04 Update - Per a guest book entry from Wally Tennyson on the "Lineage" site, 59-0123 has been moved from behind the Georgia Museum of Aviation to the refurbishment area on the Georgia ANG ramp.
